JazzOFF is the stage name of Ilya Yazov, a Russian rock musician, poet, composer, sound producer, founder of the bands "Ole Lukoe Moscow", "Tokio".
In 1984, while still at school No. 376 in Moscow, he organized his first group "Colored Dreams", then in 1987 the group changed its name to "Ole Lukoye" or "Ole Lukoye", later Ole Lukoye Moscow or OLM.
In 2001, together with Yaroslav Maly, he created the Tokio group.
